Copy Process Function in Process Builder

Resolution

The Copy Process feature is already supported in the system and is available in certain forms (e.g., Notification Form) via the Copy icon.

However, it was previously missing in the SIT environment. This has now been resolved — the Copy Process option is now available for use within Process Builder.

How to Enable the Copy Function

To make the Copy icon visible and active in Process Builder, follow these steps:

1. Go to Process Builder (?processes2).

2. On the Process Builder SIT, click the Hamburger Icon (☰) on the right side beside the Rows and Page Dropdown.

3. Select Actions & Attributes from the menu.

4. Scroll down under Action Icons and search for “Copy”.

5. Click the button beside “Copy” to toggle it to Show.

6. Once done, click Save.
   

You should now see the Copy option available in the Action dropdown list beside each process.

How It Works

Once enabled, users can:

1. Go to Process Builder.
   
2. Locate the desired process.
   
3. Click the Action dropdown beside the process.
   
4. Select Copy to duplicate the process.

This creates a new copy that can be edited or modified as needed.
