“Show Enabled Items Only” Toggle Button

Overview

We’ve introduced a small but powerful improvement to make form editing faster and more efficient for everyone!

A new “Show Enabled Items Only” toggle is now available on the Layout Setup page. This handy feature allows you to quickly hide all disabled fields with just one click — keeping only the active fields, labels, spacers, and empty items visible.

It’s a simple change that helps save time and keeps your workspace clean, organized, and easy to navigate while managing form layouts.

How to Use the Feature

1. Go to the SIT you’d like to edit
   

• Example: Contacts (Add New or Edit)
  

2. Click either Add New or Edit (depending on what you’re working on).
   
3. On the top-right corner, click the Three Dots Icon (⋮) next to Add New/Edit Details.

4. Select Layout Setup from the dropdown menu.
   
5. On the Layout Setup page, locate the new toggle called “Show Enabled Items Only” (usually found just below the form name).

6. Switch it ON to hide disabled fields.
   

• Your view will now show only enabled fields, labels, spacers, and empty items.

7. Once you’re done rearranging or editing the form, save your changes.
   
8. If you refresh or reopen the page later, the toggle will automatically reset to OFF (default) — helping maintain consistency each time you revisit Layout Setup.
   

This improvement gives you a cleaner and more flexible view while working on form layouts, making it easier to focus on what really matters.

Summary

When editing form layouts, scrolling through disabled or unused fields can be distracting. The new “Show Enabled Items Only” toggle solves this by letting you focus only on the active elements, while still keeping the overall structure intact.

Here’s what the toggle does:

• When ON, only active (enabled) fields remain visible.
  
• Disabled fields (like Insight and CC Other Emails) are hidden.
  
• Labels, spacers, and empty items remain visible to preserve layout spacing and structure.
  
• The toggle applies to the entire form, not just one section.
  
• The toggle always starts OFF by default when opening Layout Setup.
  
• Any layout changes made are correctly saved and displayed afterward.
