Overview

We have made an important update to help you easily identify your exported Work Request documents.

The Work Request number will now automatically appear in the PDF file name when exported, just like it does for Quotes.

This improvement ensures a more consistent and professional file naming convention, making it easier to locate and manage your exported files.

What’s Changed

Previously, exported Work Request PDFs did not include the Work Request ID in their file name.

With this update, your exported file will now follow this format:

Work_Order_[WorkRequestID]

Example:
Work_Order_12345.pdf

This small but powerful enhancement allows you to quickly identify the correct file, especially when handling multiple documents at once.

How It Works

1. Go to your Work Request.
   
2. Click Export to PDF.
   
3. The downloaded file will automatically include the Work Request ID in its name.

Notes

• This change applies to all users exporting Work Requests.
  
• You may still customise the naming format through the Document Templates section if required.
